When Sebastião Faria fell near the penalty area in the 6th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Minuim SS's protests and gave Sebastião Faria a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of FC GURZUN booed when Minuim SS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sebastião Faria didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to FC GURZUN getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Ferdinand Brănescu hit a great ball. Minuim SS's Reynaldo do Nascimento was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 12th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Délio Vargas's late challenge caught a FC GURZUN's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Délio Vargas helped the player get up and apologised. After 15 played minutes, FC GURZUN's Ferdinand Brănescu shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Acácio Nascimento came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in FC GURZUN reached it. In the 17th minute Valentin Urdăreanu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Acácio Nascimento saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the last second Cătălin Dăianu throw himself and got hold of the ball when Benedito Bastos in the 21stth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Acácio Nascimento took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Augustin Gorjanu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cătălin Dăianu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Reynaldo do Nascimento in the 24th minute of play. Benedito Bastos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Cătălin Dăianu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sebastião Faria hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. Edvaldo Romero could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 30th minute of the match, but Cătălin Dăianu made a huge save. Dito de Senna recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Minuim SS's Gino da Rocha slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Cătălin Dăianu. That made the score 2-0 after 35 minutes of play. In the 39th minute Augustin Gorjanu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Acácio Nascimento saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dito de Senna kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. Acácio Nascimento took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Augustin Gorjanu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Valentin Urdăreanu took the ball and in the 46 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Acácio Nascimento. Acácio Nascimento dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.
FC GURZUN's Cătălin Dăianu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Reynaldo do Nascimento in the 52nd minute of play. After a rather tough play, FC GURZUN's Costin Croitoru got a free kick in the 56th minute. The audience was convinced that Reynaldo do Nascimento's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cătălin Dăianu was relentless in the 57th minute of the game. 61 minutes into the match, Reynaldo do Nascimento notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of FC GURZUN's Cătălin Dăianu. Cătălin Dăianu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Minuim SS's Reynaldo do Nascimento in the 64th minute got a chance for a shot 64th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC GURZUN's goalie prevented a goal. 65 minutes into the match, Gino da Rocha notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of FC GURZUN's Cătălin Dăianu. Cătălin Dăianu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 68 minutes of play, Minuim SS's Benedito Bastos made it 5-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cătălin Dăianu was left in no man's land by his defense there! Mugurel Ştefănoiu hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. In the 73rd minute of the match Dito de Senna sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Cătălin Dăianu skillfully saved the ball. After 76 played minutes Minuim SS got a freekick which was hit by Benedito Bastos. The audience thought a goal was coming when Iustinian Drăghincescu got free with Acácio Nascimento in the 79th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Acácio Nascimento showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Augustin Gorjanu in the 83rd minute of the match. Edvaldo Romero received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Cătălin Dăianu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cătălin Dăianu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Reynaldo do Nascimento, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cătălin Dăianu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Reynaldo do Nascimento's shot from short distance in the 87th minute. When the match had gone on for 89 minutes, Reynaldo do Nascimento put it in 6-1 from a short distance just to the right of Cătălin Dăianu. Cătălin Dăianu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Benedito Bastos went, in the 93rd minute, to the upper right corner, 7-1 was the resulting score.
