FC Snipers's supporters rose to their feet, but Stefan Danielsson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Christiano Trevisan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Everyone was convinced a goal was close when FC Snipers's Göran Olofsson in the 5th minute lifted the ball towards the upper right corner, but Christiano Trevisan was perfectly placed and prevented a goal for Morro Grande E.C through an amazing save. Christiano Trevisan made a fantastic save in the 6th minute, when Arman Bremming sent off a good shot on target. If Arman Bremming had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Morro Grande E.C getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Jorge Sá hit a great ball. In the 10thth minute of the game Göran Olofsson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Morro Grande E.C's Christiano Trevisan was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Morro Grande E.C's defense didn't have a chance, in the 15th minute, when Arman Bremming scored to the left of an out of position Christiano Trevisan, making the score, 1-0. If Göran Olofsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Christiano Trevisan stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Göran Olofsson's shot from short distance in the 21st minute. In the 22nd match minute, Morro Grande E.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jorge Sá to maneuver through the defense. Christiano Trevisan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Arman Bremming in the 23rd minute. 25 minutes into the match, Morro Grande E.C's goal looked a bit too open when Göran Olofsson came free, but Christiano Trevisan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Karl-Oskar Bredberg during the 30th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Leonel Donatello made a kick off. After a defensive mix-up in FC Snipers's zone, Leonel Donatello stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Emanuel Brandin came out of the goal and Leonel Donatello tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Morro Grande E.C's Leonel Donatello in the 54th minute got a chance for a shot 54th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC Snipers's goalie prevented a goal. After 55 minutes FC Snipers's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Elói Penha who took care of the corner kick. Christiano Trevisan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arman Bremming, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 62nd minute Göran Olofsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Christiano Trevisan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 64 minutes into the game, Arman Bremming cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Christiano Trevisan was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Arman Bremming scored 3-0 in the 67th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Christiano Trevisan, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a rather tough play, Morro Grande E.C's Leonel Donatello got a free kick in the 70th minute. 71 minutes into the match, Arman Bremming had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Christiano Trevisan. Morro Grande E.C's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Arman Bremming was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. With 77 minutes on the clock, Ronaldo Lima commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 77th minute of the game. One of Morro Grande E.C:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of FC Snipers:s goal. In the 79th minute there was a penalty for FC Snipers. Göran Olofsson stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Christiano Trevisan. 5-0. After some careless play in the Morro Grande E.C defense, Göran Olofsson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Christiano Trevisan. The Morro Grande E.C fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Christiano Trevisan should have stopped the shot. 7-0 became the score in the 93rd minute when Göran Olofsson elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. FC Snipers's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
