In the 5th minute of the match, Beppe Rivera tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Buğra Gazzali saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Bülent Kanver kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. In the 6th minute, Beppe Rivera ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Buğra Gazzali was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Angelo Marchegiani kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. In the 17th minute Seyfettin Cebeci shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aurelio Epifani saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aurelio Epifani showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Seyfettin Cebeci, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. If Aykut Ihlamur had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fulvio Di Prinzio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Buğra Gazzali tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 27 minutes into the game, S⚽ma S⚽tes Sp⚽r's Aykut Ihlamur nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Aurelio Epifani made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. S⚽ma S⚽tes Sp⚽r's Buğra Gazzali proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 30th minute of the match, managed to save S⚽ma S⚽tes Sp⚽r from getting a goal against them. If Beppe Rivera had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 34 played minutes S⚽ma S⚽tes Sp⚽r got a freekick which was hit by Rıdvan Vacip. Buğra Gazzali made an important save on a dangerous shot by Comunardo Rullo in the 38th minute. Gladiator FC's Aurelio Epifani played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Baransel Kirmanşah in the 47th minute of play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Bircan Bera to make the kick off. 54 minutes into the match, Ennio Pizzi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Buğra Gazzali. S⚽ma S⚽tes Sp⚽r's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ennio Pizzi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. Gladiator FC's Aurelio Epifani proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 57th minute of the match, managed to save Gladiator FC from getting a goal against them. With a little luck, Gladiator FC's Aurelio Epifani got control of the ball when Aykut Ihlamur tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 62nd minute, Beppe Rivera left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Gladiator FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. Bircan Bera kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. Aurelio Epifani didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 71st minute, which inside left pole to 3-2. In the 79th minute Baransel Kirmanşah shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aurelio Epifani saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of S⚽ma S⚽tes Sp⚽r booed when Gladiator FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Comunardo Rullo didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Bircan Bera came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the S⚽ma S⚽tes Sp⚽r fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bircan Bera couldn't finish the play. The Gladiator FC support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
