Ovidiu Marin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Võ Tấn Dũng in the 3rd minute of the match. The supporters of FC Cosula-BTF- booed when De Ontembare Leeuwen was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mitchell Terpstra didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 39th minute, Dacian Jurăscu made a precise shot to the right of Henry Alferink. De Ontembare Leeuwen's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 7-0. Henry Alferink made an important save on a dangerous shot by Filip Hosu in the 47th minute.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Võ Tấn Dũng to make the kick off. Dacian Jurăscu scored 8-0 in the 56th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Henry Alferink, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.
