Spectators: 7482 (Terracing: 5613, Seating: 1720, VIP seats: 149) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Iulian Chiliman started the match with the kick off. After 5 played minutes Romanian Gods™ got a freekick which was hit by Bogdan Pricop. In the 10th minute Edgard Lon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Francisc Trăilă saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Romanian Gods™ defense, Zeledon Locaio kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Francisc Trăilă. The Romanian Gods™ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Francisc Trăilă should have stopped the shot. Zeledon Locaio took the ball and in the 14 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Francisc Trăilă. Francisc Trăilă dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. After 18 minutes of play, Rafaela FC's Edgard Lon made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Francisc Trăilă was left in no man's land by his defense there! Prospero Calvino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iulian Chiliman in the 21st minute of play. In the 21st minute, Iulian Chiliman ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Prospero Calvino was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. Emil Văidianu's late challenge caught a Rafaela FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Emil Văidianu helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Romanian Gods™ getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Emil Văidianu hit a great ball. Juan Perpinya sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Rafaela FC getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Roque Marko hit a great ball. The supporters of Romanian Gods™ booed when Rafaela FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edgard Lon didn't get a good kick on the ball. Francisc Trăilă took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zeledon Locaio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Zeledon Locaio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Francisc Trăilă tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 41st minute, Eriberto Navarro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Rafaela FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Eriberto Navarro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Francisc Trăilă breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Romanian Gods™ getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Emil Văidianu hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Zeledon Locaio got free with Francisc Trăilă in the 44th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Silvio Esiquio hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Zeledon Locaio to strike the kick off in the second half. Edgard Lon got his second yellow card in the match during the 53rd minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. The supporters of Rafaela FC booed when Romanian Gods™ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bogdan Pricop didn't get a good kick on the ball. Romanian Gods™'s Francisc Trăilă played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gustavo Amato in the 58th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Zeledon Locaio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Francisc Trăilă was relentless in the 62nd minute of the game. Prospero Calvino showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vintilă Vârlan in the 67th minute of the match. The supporters of Romanian Gods™ booed when Rafaela FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gustavo Amato didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gustavo Amato during the 73rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 73rd minute, Gustavo Amato hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Prospero Calvino made an important save on a dangerous shot by Iulian Chiliman in the 74th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Iulian Chiliman got free with Prospero Calvino in the 82nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Hector Servando had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Francisc Trăilă stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Silvio Esiquio's shot from short distance in the 88th minute. Gustavo Amato hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. In the 93rd minute of the match Vintilă Vârlan shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Prospero Calvino showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Rafaela FC had played much better football throughout.
