In the 2nd minute, Lorencio Ruelas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ramiro Cebrian in the 8th minute of play forced Carqueja's goalkeeper Peruanton Lago to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 10th match minute, Regresado was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Celestino Fresco to maneuver through the defense. In the 12th minute Lorencio Ruelas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leonides Quintyn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Leonides Quintyn was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Chale Combarros showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 18 minute of play. Regresado's Leonides Quintyn proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to save Regresado from getting a goal against them. Peruanton Lago showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zacarias Escobar in the 41st minute of the match. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
Fagildo Cases hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the Regresado defense, Chale Combarros kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Leonides Quintyn. The Regresado fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Leonides Quintyn should have stopped the shot. Leonides Quintyn didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Chale Combarros went, in the 60th minute, to the upper right corner, 6-0 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Chale Combarros in the 65th minute of play forced Regresado's goalkeeper Leonides Quintyn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Leonides Quintyn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lorencio Ruelas in the 65th minute of the match. With 77 minutes on the clock, Fagildo Cases commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. The supporters of Regresado booed when Carqueja was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fagildo Cases didn't get a good kick on the ball.
