Spectators: 7532 (Terracing: 5650, Seating: 1732, VIP seats: 150) With an all-out effort, Polar Ice Caps's Santos Kiliz threw himself towards the right post 5 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Leonides Enaut, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 7 minutes into the match, Polar Ice Caps's Maximiliano Eron sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Santos Kiliz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Hugo Sánchez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ture Viklund made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hugo Sánchez in the 16th minute of play. Tiburcio Cuartio's late challenge caught a Polar Ice Caps's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tiburcio Cuartio helped the player get up and apologised. Tiburcio Cuartio hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. 21 minutes into the match, GUSESI's goal looked a bit too open when André Botvidsson came free, but Santos Kiliz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Santos Kiliz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Maximiliano Eron's shot from short distance in the 22nd minute. After 27 played minutes Polar Ice Caps got a freekick which was hit by Dennis Malmberg. In the 29th minute, Paco Gento hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jacinto Urbez kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. Leonides Enaut fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Santos Kiliz having to interfere. After 39 minutes of play, Polar Ice Caps's Maximiliano Eron made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Santos Kiliz was left in no man's land by his defense there! Maximiliano Eron in the 46thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Santos Kiliz, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 47th match minute, Polar Ice Caps was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leonides Enaut to maneuver through the defense.

Paco Gento kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. In the 52nd minute, Maximiliano Eron made a precise shot to the right of Santos Kiliz. GUSESI's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. After 55 minutes, Maximiliano Eron made it 3-0 with a short kick to the right side. GUSESI's Santos Kiliz tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Santos Kiliz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Maximiliano Eron's shot from short distance in the 58th minute. Santos Kiliz came out of the goal in the 59th minute to try and stop a shot by Polar Ice Caps's Maximiliano Eron. But to his dismay, Maximiliano Eron quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sivert Sander in the 62nd minute of play forced GUSESI's goalkeeper Santos Kiliz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Polar Ice Caps's Ture Viklund proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 63rd minute of the match, managed to save Polar Ice Caps from getting a goal against them. The Polar Ice Caps fans' excitement grew in the 71st match minute when Polar Ice Caps's Maximiliano Eron looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 7-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 74th minute Maximiliano Eron shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Santos Kiliz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maximiliano Eron in the 76th minute of play forced GUSESI's goalkeeper Santos Kiliz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 77th minute, Leonides Enaut managed to get in a good position for a shot. Polar Ice Caps's supporters rose to their feet, but Leonides Enaut was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Santos Kiliz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Leonides Enaut had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 91st minute, Maximiliano Eron ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Santos Kiliz was frozen by the shot and now it was 9-0. Polar Ice Caps's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
