But to his dismay, Alejo Bihar quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. 莫朋桑 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adolfo Lauro in the 27th minute of play. The supporters of Cascadia United booed when ≮王者归来≯潇逸利物浦队 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. 崔潮云 didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 30th minute of the match Alejo Bihar sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but 莫朋桑 skillfully saved the ball. 莫朋桑 showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nemesio Raymond in the 32nd minute of the match. In the 34th minute, Nemesio Raymond got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 39 played minutes, Cascadia United's Marco Kimetz shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper 莫朋桑 came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Cascadia United reached it. 毛宽钢 charged in rather forcefully in the 40th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed 毛宽钢 the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. If Nemesio Raymond had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Nemesio Raymond was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 72nd minute. Cascadia United's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Nemesio Raymond blasted a shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without 莫朋桑 having to make a save. In the 78th minute, Cascadia United's Nemesio Raymond ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind 莫朋桑. 莫朋桑 yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-3. When the final whistle sounded Cascadia United left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than ≮王者归来≯潇逸利物浦队.
