With a little luck, VaRıNcA ÇaLdıR iStaNbuL's Nando Muslera got control of the ball when Isidoro Goizeder tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 21st minute of the match Super Chechona FC got a corner. VaRıNcA ÇaLdıR iStaNbuL's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Saul Modestio ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Super Chechona FC's Saul Modestio to fire away a dangerous shot which Nando Muslera despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Nando Muslera acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 24th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Saul Modestio. Lino Jerrald recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 30th minute Wiktor Basinski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Baldomero Florinio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 36 minutes into the game, Erenay Mutluer cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Baldomero Florinio was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 44th minute, Super Chechona FC's Saul Modestio seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Saul Modestio the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Super Chechona FC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Saul Modestio had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After 44 played minutes Super Chechona FC got a freekick which was hit by Saul Modestio. Ferid Cengel's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Baldomero Florinio read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 46th minute of play. When Yalçın Yalınç fell near the penalty area in the 47th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored VaRıNcA ÇaLdıR iStaNbuL's protests and gave Yalçın Yalınç a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to VaRıNcA ÇaLdıR iStaNbuL getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Yalçın Yalınç hit a great ball. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Erenay Mutluer was the one to do the kick off. Super Chechona FC's Baldomero Florinio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Erenay Mutluer in the 53rd minute of play. In the 54th minute Isidoro Goizeder shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nando Muslera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in VaRıNcA ÇaLdıR iStaNbuL's zone, Lino Jerrald stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nando Muslera came out of the goal and Lino Jerrald tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Lu Guo Yue made in the 58th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Vedat Nezir immediately put the ball in play. Abelardo Laurin took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 60th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Nando Muslera. VaRıNcA ÇaLdıR iStaNbuL's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as VaRıNcA ÇaLdıR iStaNbuL's Costel Damian slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Baldomero Florinio. That made the score 1-2 after 62 minutes of play. Yunus Boztepe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Baldomero Florinio having to interfere. After a long run with the ball, Yunus Boztepe did a trick in the 84th minute in front of Super Chechona FC's goalkeeper, who threw himself to the side. After that it was simple to shoot 1-4. An impressive performance by VaRıNcA ÇaLdıR iStaNbuL's Yunus Boztepe! The crowd rose to their feet as Erenay Mutluer kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Baldomero Florinio. That made the score 1-5 in the 86 minute of play. The supporters of VaRıNcA ÇaLdıR iStaNbuL booed when Super Chechona FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gabriel Hats didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 89 played minutes Super Chechona FC got a freekick which was hit by Guaberto Guifre. An unexpectedly hard shot by Erenay Mutluer in the 90th minute of play forced Super Chechona FC's goalkeeper Baldomero Florinio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Baldomero Florinio made a fantastic save in the 91st minute, when Wiktor Basinski sent off a good shot on target. Vedat Nezir kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. Baldomero Florinio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Yunus Boztepe in the 97th minute of the match. Erenay Mutluer was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 99th minute. VaRıNcA ÇaLdıR iStaNbuL's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. After a rather tough play, VaRıNcA ÇaLdıR iStaNbuL's Costel Damian got a free kick in the 100th minute. When the match was over VaRıNcA ÇaLdıR iStaNbuL could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Super Chechona FC throughout the match.
