In the 13th match minute, Albirex Niigata FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Clive Politiek to maneuver through the defense. Alexander Tan stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Virgilio Ekialde's shot from short distance in the 14th minute. Alexander Tan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aquiles Pasqual, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 20th match minute, Albirex Niigata FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Khai Choy to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to CaNsErBeRo FC Ψ getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Virgilio Ekialde hit a great ball. Nicholas Tan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hipolito Seber having to interfere. If Clive Politiek had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nicholas Tan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. CaNsErBeRo FC Ψ's Virgilio Ekialde got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 39 minutes into the game, CaNsErBeRo FC Ψ's Aquiles Pasqual nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Alexander Tan made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. CaNsErBeRo FC Ψ's Hipolito Seber proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 43rd minute of the match, managed to save CaNsErBeRo FC Ψ from getting a goal against them. Hipolito Seber was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Khai Choy showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-1 in the 43 minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Virgilio Ekialde to strike the kick off in the second half. When Virgilio Ekialde came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the CaNsErBeRo FC Ψ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Virgilio Ekialde couldn't finish the play. Aquiles Pasqual succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-2 in the 55th playminute. Hipolito Seber showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Khai Choy in the 62nd minute of the match. In the 65th minute of the match, Virgilio Ekialde tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Alexander Tan saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. When Khai Choy came up free with the goalie in the 67th minute, the Albirex Niigata FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Khai Choy couldn't finish the play. Famih Chee charged in rather forcefully in the 82nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Famih Chee the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Famih Chee kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. After 94 minutes of play, CaNsErBeRo FC Ψ's Aquiles Pasqual made it 3-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Alexander Tan was left in no man's land by his defense there! The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched CaNsErBeRo FC Ψ eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
