Nicholas Tan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Simon Reed tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 9thth minute of the game Sylvester Riggs who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Albirex Niigata FC's Alexander Tan was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Simon Reed didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Khai Choy went, in the 13th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. In the 18th minute Sylvester Riggs shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alexander Tan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ronnie Sutherland kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. Simon Reed showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nicholas Tan in the 20th minute of the match. When Nicholas Tan came up free with the goalie in the 22nd minute, the Albirex Niigata FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nicholas Tan couldn't finish the play. After 23 played minutes ChAяRuA ϒ KaяβoηEяO ☆ got a freekick which was hit by Sylvester Riggs. Afiq Hsi kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. In the 30th match minute, ChAяRuA ϒ KaяβoηEяO ☆ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Donnie Murillo to maneuver through the defense. When Clive Politiek came up free with the goalie in the 31st minute, the Albirex Niigata FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Clive Politiek couldn't finish the play. Albirex Niigata FC's Alexander Tan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Brent Walton in the 34th minute of play. Clive Politiek fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Simon Reed having to interfere. Alexander Tan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jonas Wiseman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sylvester Riggs stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When ChAяRuA ϒ KaяβoηEяO ☆'s Sylvester Riggs in the 52nd minute got a chance for a shot 52nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Albirex Niigata FC's goalie prevented a goal. After a defensive mix-up in ChAяRuA ϒ KaяβoηEяO ☆'s zone, Nicholas Tan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Simon Reed came out of the goal and Nicholas Tan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Simon Reed showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nicholas Tan in the 56th minute of the match. Nicholas Tan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Simon Reed tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Brent Walton struck a weak shot in the 64th minute. Alexander Tan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ChAяRuA ϒ KaяβoηEяO ☆. 67 minutes into the game, Brendan McGinnis was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ChAяRuA ϒ KaяβoηEяO ☆'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Albirex Niigata FC the free kick. After a rather tough play, ChAяRuA ϒ KaяβoηEяO ☆'s Walter Olivera got a free kick in the 68th minute. Nicholas Tan's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Simon Reed read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 69th minute of play. If Nicholas Tan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Walter Olivera hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. Nicholas Tan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Simon Reed tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 90th minute, Daren Farrell hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Joel Hian recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Simon Reed made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Khai Choy in the 96th minute of play. Albirex Niigata FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
