The audience thought a goal was coming when Severiano Urbasa got free with Denis Dubardo in the 19th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Severiano Urbasa who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 20thth minute tested the skills of Denis Dubardo when he managed to save the team from getting behind. With his leg Denis Dubardo managed to avoid a goal in the 22ndth minute, when Correla q va en Chancleta's Severiano Urbasa fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 23rd minute, Mauro Cesario made a precise shot to the right of Isaac Millano. Correla q va en Chancleta's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. After the first half Vilma Palma were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
