Rony Nunes started the match with the kick off. Kitt Pegov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rogério Azenha, who was totally free with the ball in the 2nd minute. After a rather tough play, Austra 04 VFC's Rony Nunes got a free kick in the 4th minute. With a little luck, Arrebimba o Malho SLB's Boy Fish got control of the ball when Kit Vire tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of Arrebimba o Malho SLB booed when Austra 04 VFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kit Vire didn't get a good kick on the ball. Austra 04 VFC's Kitt Pegov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rogério Azenha in the 18th minute of play. Bruno de Castro hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. In the 22nd minute, Mauro Garcia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kitt Pegov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Almiro Camacho in the 27th minute of the match. Kitt Pegov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Almiro Camacho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kitt Pegov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Almiro Camacho, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. Boy Fish made a fantastic save in the 36th minute, when Kit Vire sent off a good shot on target. Rogério Azenha sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 39 minutes into the game, Arrebimba o Malho SLB's Almiro Camacho nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Kitt Pegov made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Rony Nunes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Boy Fish tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 45 minutes of play, Arrebimba o Malho SLB's Almiro Camacho made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Kitt Pegov was left in no man's land by his defense there! The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Almiro Camacho to strike the kick off in the second half. Kit Vire sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Pedro Pancareken during the 55th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a defensive mix-up in Austra 04 VFC's zone, Olavo Eiró stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kitt Pegov came out of the goal and Olavo Eiró tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Kitt Pegov made a fantastic save in the 62nd minute, when Almiro Camacho sent off a good shot on target. In the 65th minute, Rogério Azenha hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Austra 04 VFC's Miguel Bertassi was substituted for Rony Nunes. In the 68th minute Miguel Bertassi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Boy Fish saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pedro Pancareken kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. Pedro Pancareken took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 73rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Boy Fish. Arrebimba o Malho SLB's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Miguel Bertassi hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. After 80 played minutes Arrebimba o Malho SLB got a freekick which was hit by Sidónio Miguéis. Austra 04 VFC's Pedro Luís Paraibano couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 81st minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Arrebimba o Malho SLB. In the 87th minute, Bebeto Baiano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Almiro Camacho was extremely unlucky when he, in the 92nd minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Arrebimba o Malho SLB's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
