Amancio Rivas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Waldemar Dulka having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wawrzyniec Borkowski in the 32nd minute of play forced Fixup Football Club's goalkeeper Aldo Perico to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Fixup Football Club's Nicanor Bizi got a free kick in the 33rd minute. Pogoń Staszów's Waldemar Dulka played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Orlando Lixandro in the 35th minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Fixup Football Club had played much better football throughout.
