The audience thought a goal was coming when Placido Canor got free with Yelle Van Damme in the 6th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 11 minutes into the match, SK Gullegem's Raf De Winter sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Aldo Perico narrowly saved just below the crossbar. SK Gullegem's Gerrit Quintens was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Aldo Perico in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Leandro Reno, 19 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Aldo Perico took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fabien Frederickx, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Yelle Van Damme didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Epifanio Eufemio went, in the 35th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. In the 38th minute, Amancio Rivas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Aldo Perico didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Raf De Winter went, in the 39th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Aldo Perico showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Will Jamieson in the 42nd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Fixup Football Club's Eustacio Goren got a free kick in the 43rd minute. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Fabien Frederickx made the kick off in the second half. When Leandro Reno was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 53 minutes had been played. After a rather tough play, Fixup Football Club's Leandro Reno got a free kick in the 54th minute. Aldo Perico made a fantastic save in the 60th minute, when Will Jamieson sent off a good shot on target. In the 62nd match minute, SK Gullegem was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mathis Van Eede to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Fixup Football Club booed when SK Gullegem was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Raf De Winter didn't get a good kick on the ball. Aldo Perico came out of the goal in the 70th minute to try and stop a shot by SK Gullegem's Dean Rijniers. But to his dismay, Dean Rijniers quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. Will Jamieson struck a weak shot in the 73rd minute. Aldo Perico didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SK Gullegem. In the 77th match minute, SK Gullegem was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mathis Van Eede to maneuver through the defense. Aldo Perico made an important save on a dangerous shot by Raf De Winter in the 82nd minute. Raf De Winter's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Aldo Perico read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 83rd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Fixup Football Club's Amancio Lope got a free kick in the 88th minute. The SK Gullegem supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing SK Gullegem would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
