Claus Madariaga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Arnaldo Macerio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Xavier Galaiko, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 21st minute of the game. One of EL CERVECERO F.C.:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Fillos de Breogán:s goal. The referee gave Fillos de Breogán a penalty, 23 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Xaime Galaiko, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of EL CERVECERO F.C.'s Arnaldo Macerio. 0-1. Arnaldo Macerio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zunbeltz Olle, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Zunbeltz Olle fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arnaldo Macerio having to interfere. In the 37th minute the ball was on its way in behind EL CERVECERO F.C.'s goalkeeper Arnaldo Macerio, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 43 played minutes EL CERVECERO F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Octavio Guter. 45 minutes into the game, Torcuato Carballido was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Fillos de Breogán's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave EL CERVECERO F.C. the free kick. Torcuato Carballido kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Omar Dolcet made a kick off. Xavi Galaiko didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Nicasio Ongile went, in the 52nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. If Omar Dolcet had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Omar Dolcet in the 61st minute of play forced Fillos de Breogán's goalkeeper Xavi Galaiko to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Omar Dolcet received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Xavi Galaiko tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Torcuato Carballido fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arnaldo Macerio having to interfere. EL CERVECERO F.C.'s Arnaldo Macerio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zunbeltz Olle in the 72nd minute of play. Arnaldo Macerio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zunbeltz Olle, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, EL CERVECERO F.C.'s Aquiles Ferrando got a free kick in the 79th minute. In the 82nd minute, Omar Dolcet left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The EL CERVECERO F.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. After 86 minutes of play Fillos de Breogán's Zunbeltz Olle was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Zunbeltz Olle kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. For all the effort they put into the match, the Fillos de Breogán players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for EL CERVECERO F.C..
