Dolar Blue Ψ's Domingos Froylan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gigel Gârleanu in the 2nd minute of play. After 6 played minutes Dolar Blue Ψ got a freekick which was hit by Leon Janpier. Edgardo Lopez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Marius Rusu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 9th match minute, Dolar Blue Ψ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leon Janpier to maneuver through the defense. Roberto Caitano's late challenge caught a FC ciufulici's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Roberto Caitano helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Dolar Blue Ψ's Roberto Caitano got a free kick in the 14th minute. Domingos Froylan came out of the goal and Edgar Vlas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gigel Gârleanu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 23rd minute of the match, but Domingos Froylan made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Roberto Caitano in the 24th minute of play forced FC ciufulici's goalkeeper Marius Rusu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Domingos Froylan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edgar Vlas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 30 minutes into the game, Leon Janpier cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Marius Rusu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 36 minutes into the game, Edgar Vlas recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Domingos Froylan. Edgar Vlas showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. Domingos Froylan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gigel Gârleanu in the 46th minute of play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The audience was convinced that Edgar Vlas's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Domingos Froylan was relentless in the 55th minute of the game. 60 minutes into the match, Edgar Vlas had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Domingos Froylan. Dolar Blue Ψ's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Edgar Vlas was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. Edgar Vlas took the ball and in the 76 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Domingos Froylan. Domingos Froylan dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. In the 86th minute Edgar Vlas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Domingos Froylan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
