The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 3 played minutes Unidade Pinto Louco got a freekick which was hit by Adelino Rossi. Marciano Tanio might have been able to make a better finish in the 3rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dalmo Félix. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Marciano Tanio ran back to his position shaking his head. After 5 played minutes Los Hornos got a freekick which was hit by Eustaquio Omero. Bernardo Estevez might have been able to make a better finish in the 6th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dalmo Félix. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Bernardo Estevez ran back to his position shaking his head. Unidade Pinto Louco's Dalmo Félix played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bernardo Estevez in the 6th minute of play. The Los Hornos fans' excitement grew in the 9th match minute when Los Hornos's Bernardo Estevez looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Everardo Francho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jano de Toledo in the 12th minute of play. Emanuel Alvarenga kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. Unidade Pinto Louco's Emanuel Alvarenga got his second yellow card of the match in the 25th minute. The referee ordered Emanuel Alvarenga off the ground. After 26 played minutes Unidade Pinto Louco got a freekick which was hit by Emanuel Alvarenga. Bernardo Estevez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 31st minute Bernardo Estevez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dalmo Félix saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 35th minute, Bernardo Estevez left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Los Hornos fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. 39 minutes into the game, Los Hornos's Bernardo Estevez nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dalmo Félix made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. Dalmo Félix showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bernardo Estevez, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute.

The wind increased when Jano de Toledo made the kick off in the second half. Dalmo Félix showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bernardo Estevez in the 54th minute of the match. Bernardo Estevez could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 57th minute of the match, but Dalmo Félix made a huge save. A collision led to Los Hornos getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Eustaquio Omero hit a great ball. Bernardo Estevez recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Bernardo Estevez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Dalmo Félix made a fantastic save in the 74th minute, when Bernardo Estevez sent off a good shot on target. Bernardo Estevez received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Dalmo Félix came out and tried to block the shot, but Bernardo Estevez slotted it home off the left post making it 0-4 in the 75th minute. In the 79th minute, Edgard Leme hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After recieving a nice pass, Los Hornos's Marciano Tanio tried to score from far away in the 79th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. A sloppy throw-in by Edgard Leme in the 81st minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Los Hornos's Humberto Iyan. Humberto Iyan struck a weak shot in the 82nd minute. Dalmo Félix didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Los Hornos. Dalmo Félix came out of the goal in the 84th minute to try and stop a shot by Los Hornos's Bernardo Estevez. But to his dismay, Bernardo Estevez quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. After 87 played minutes Unidade Pinto Louco got a freekick which was hit by Edgard Leme. In the 88th minute, Bernardo Estevez ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dalmo Félix was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-6. The crowd rose to their feet as Los Hornos's Eustaquio Omero slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Dalmo Félix. That made the score 0-7 after 96 minutes of play.
