Nestor Ongile stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rodrigo Lara's shot from short distance in the 3rd minute. In the 6th minute, Severo Vincent hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Javi Sanchez charged in rather forcefully in the 8th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Javi Sanchez the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 10th minute of the match Cipriano Maxin sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Xepe Gandia skillfully saved the ball. 13 minutes into the game, Downchester City's Javi Sanchez nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Nestor Ongile made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 16th minute, Javi Sanchez managed to get in a good position for a shot. Downchester City's supporters rose to their feet, but Javi Sanchez was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nestor Ongile breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Haimar Fuentes's late challenge caught a Black Sails's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Haimar Fuentes helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Downchester City's Haimar Fuentes got a free kick in the 17th minute. Black Sails's Cipriano Maxin couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 18th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Downchester City. Gilberto Min kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. In the 23rd minute, Javi Sanchez got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Nestor Ongile showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Javi Sanchez, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. Nestor Ongile came out of the goal in the 27th minute to try and stop a shot by Downchester City's Javi Sanchez. But to his dismay, Javi Sanchez quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Moises Fertus kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. When Javi Sanchez came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the Downchester City fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Javi Sanchez couldn't finish the play. Josep Odín sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

Nestor Ongile showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Javi Sanchez in the 54th minute of the match. In the 61st minute, Javi Sanchez left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Downchester City fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. Nestor Ongile took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Josep Odín, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rodrigo Lara fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nestor Ongile having to interfere. With his leg Nestor Ongile managed to avoid a goal in the 95thth minute, when Downchester City's Rodrigo Lara fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side.
