The supporters of ⓅⓀⓇ Unión San Felipe ★★★★ booed when Wolves FC - DMZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jorge Vicente Lopes Maciel didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, ⓅⓀⓇ Unión San Felipe ★★★★'s Esteban José Botero got control of the ball when Franklin Guerra tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the match had gone on for 7 minutes, Jorge Vicente Lopes Maciel put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Esteban José Botero. Pedro José Solminihac hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. After 17 played minutes ⓅⓀⓇ Unión San Felipe ★★★★ got a freekick which was hit by Gualberto Amiot. Wolves FC - DMZ's Dráuzio Leite got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Dida Varela during the 20th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Dida Varela hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. 23 minutes into the match, ⓅⓀⓇ Unión San Felipe ★★★★'s goal looked a bit too open when Jorge Vicente Lopes Maciel came free, but Esteban José Botero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ruy Valle blasted a shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Esteban José Botero having to make a save. With an all-out effort, Wolves FC - DMZ's Esteban José Botero threw himself towards the right post 30 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Ruy Valle, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 32nd minute, Ramiro Gorostiaga ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Zé Veloso was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. After a rather tough play, ⓅⓀⓇ Unión San Felipe ★★★★'s Jose Maria Henson got a free kick in the 35th minute. After recieving a nice pass, Wolves FC - DMZ's Gilberto Ceresso tried to score from far away in the 36th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. After 38 played minutes Ruy Valle rounded ⓅⓀⓇ Unión San Felipe ★★★★'s defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 4-1. Esteban José Botero was out of position in the 40 minute of play, and Ruy Valle capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Ruy Valle really showed his touch with that goal: 5-1. Esteban José Botero showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Franklin Guerra, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. ⓅⓀⓇ Unión San Felipe ★★★★'s Esteban José Botero proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 45th minute of the match, managed to save ⓅⓀⓇ Unión San Felipe ★★★★ from getting a goal against them. Dida Varela could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 46th minute of the match, but Esteban José Botero made a huge save. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 5-1 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jorge Vicente Lopes Maciel to make the kick off. In the 51st minute, Franklin Guerra got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Esteban José Botero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dida Varela in the 53rd minute of play. Gilberto Ceresso hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. Jorge Vicente Lopes Maciel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Esteban José Botero tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Esteban José Botero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ruy Valle, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 59 minutes of play, Wolves FC - DMZ's Jorge Vicente Lopes Maciel made it 6-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Esteban José Botero was left in no man's land by his defense there! After having played for 69 minutes, Ruy Valle managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Wolves FC - DMZ's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ruy Valle was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 71st minute Ruy Valle shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Esteban José Botero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. ⓅⓀⓇ Unión San Felipe ★★★★'s Esteban José Botero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jorge Vicente Lopes Maciel in the 72nd minute of play. Nemesio Otero hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. Esteban José Botero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ruy Valle, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 77th minute, Adalberto Araube hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gilberto Ceresso struck a weak shot in the 78th minute. Esteban José Botero didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Wolves FC - DMZ. In the 79th minute, Ruy Valle left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Wolves FC - DMZ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 7-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jorge Vicente Lopes Maciel in the 90th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Esteban José Botero saved ⓅⓀⓇ Unión San Felipe ★★★★ from getting behind. Esteban José Botero showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ruy Valle, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. Wolves FC - DMZ's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
