Spectators: 7561 (Terracing: 5672, Seating: 1738, VIP seats: 151) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Uriel Pere kicked off to start the match. With a little luck, Club Sportivo Italiano's Rafael Martino got control of the ball when Uriel Pere tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ciro Teyo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Justo Romo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Justo Romo in the 13th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ciro Teyo saved MOEBIO from getting behind. In the 18th minute Uriel Pere shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rafael Martino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Justo Romo hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. Club Sportivo Italiano's Rafael Martino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Omar Cedro in the 24th minute of play. 26 minutes had been played when some careless play by MOEBIO's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Elvio Machado was slow to take the kick. During this time Club Sportivo Italiano's players had a chance to rest. Ciro Teyo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rafael Lidon, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Omar Cedro kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. Samuel Thomas took the ball and in the 32 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rafael Martino. Rafael Martino dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. In the 46th minute, MOEBIO's Siro Asur seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Siro Asur the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of MOEBIO protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Siro Asur had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Justo Romo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Rafael Martino showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Samuel Thomas in the 64th minute of the match. Ciro Teyo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rafael Lidon in the 69th minute of the match. After 75 played minutes MOEBIO got a freekick which was hit by Isidoro Ponce. An unexpectedly hard shot by Justo Romo in the 76th minute of play forced MOEBIO's goalkeeper Ciro Teyo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Segundo Ascencio during the 77th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to MOEBIO getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Segundo Ascencio hit a great ball. With a little luck, MOEBIO's Ciro Teyo got control of the ball when Jesus Frichoso tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ciro Teyo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jesus Frichoso in the 80th minute. After 84 minutes of play, Club Sportivo Italiano's Justo Romo made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ciro Teyo was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ernesto Higuera hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. In the 91st minute of the match, Justo Romo tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Ciro Teyo saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. The supporters of Club Sportivo Italiano booed when MOEBIO was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ernesto Higuera didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 93rd minute Justo Romo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ciro Teyo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Samuel Thomas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Club Sportivo Italiano had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
