Célio Queirós received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 2nd minute. Salvador Fidele tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Salvador Fidele stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Marcos Lopez's shot from short distance in the 4th minute. When the match had gone on for 4 minutes, Marcos Lopez put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Salvador Fidele. Salvador Fidele took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcos Lopez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 17 minutes into the match, Lorenzo Rioja dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Rene Austin, 1-2. Haroldo Papo hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. In the 27th minute Astor Ferman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rene Austin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 28 played minutes Atletico Natalense FC-DMZ got a freekick which was hit by Gildo Cordeiro. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Marcos Lopez in the 40th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Salvador Fidele prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alan Ferman got free with Rene Austin in the 41st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 42 minutes had been played when some careless play by Atletico Natalense FC-DMZ's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Alan Ferman was slow to take the kick. During this time Enzo FC's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Alan Ferman got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Rene Austin quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Disappointed in the 1-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Marcos Lopez made the kick off in the second half. Marcos Lopez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 57 minutes into the game, Célio Queirós recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Salvador Fidele. Célio Queirós showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-4. The audience thought a goal was coming when Célio Queirós got free with Salvador Fidele in the 61st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With his leg Salvador Fidele managed to avoid a goal in the 65thth minute, when Atletico Natalense FC-DMZ's Marcos Lopez fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After 66 played minutes Enzo FC got a freekick which was hit by Severino Paio. A collision led to Enzo FC getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Severino Paio hit a great ball. The audience was convinced that Marcos Lopez's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Salvador Fidele was relentless in the 77th minute of the game. 83 minutes into the match, Dante Rivero notched a goal, 2-4, to the right of Atletico Natalense FC-DMZ's Rene Austin. Rene Austin was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Salvador Fidele was a little too slow when Jesus Romero got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 89th minute. The score was now 2-5. Salvador Fidele showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcos Lopez in the 92nd minute of the match. In the 95th minute of the match Otávio Velasco sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Salvador Fidele skillfully saved the ball. Atletico Natalense FC-DMZ's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
