MZ Wodzisław Śląski's defense didn't have a chance, in the 21st minute, when Gilberto Nofre scored to the left of an out of position Wincenty Zapolski, making the score, 1-1. In the 24th match minute, MZ Wodzisław Śląski was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Krzysztof Pieprz to maneuver through the defense. In the 30thth minute of the game Ceferino Miro who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but MZ Wodzisław Śląski's Wincenty Zapolski was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wiktor Wieloch in the 32nd minute of play forced C.A.Esparta's goalkeeper Silverio Cordara to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 42 minutes into the game, Fabricio Videl was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. C.A.Esparta's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave MZ Wodzisław Śląski the free kick. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 41st minute of the game. One of C.A.Esparta:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of MZ Wodzisław Śląski:s goal. In the 43rd minute there was a penalty for MZ Wodzisław Śląski. Czeslaw Skaradoski stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Silverio Cordara. 1-2. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Wiktor Wieloch made a kick off. After 57 played minutes C.A.Esparta got a freekick which was hit by Carolo Solustiano. 61 minutes into the match, MZ Wodzisław Śląski's goal looked a bit too open when Erasmo Beltza came free, but Wincenty Zapolski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, C.A.Esparta's Lino Arnau got a free kick in the 63rd minute. When Wiktor Wieloch came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the MZ Wodzisław Śląski fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Wiktor Wieloch couldn't finish the play. After 69 played minutes C.A.Esparta got a freekick which was hit by Ceferino Miro. In the 71st minute, Czeslaw Skaradoski got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some careless play in the MZ Wodzisław Śląski defense, Gilberto Nofre kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Wincenty Zapolski. Silverio Cordara was out of position in the 90 minute of play, and Wiktor Wieloch capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Wiktor Wieloch really showed his touch with that goal: 3-4. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. MZ Wodzisław Śląski had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
