The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Vincent Åkerberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Dewa Cinta tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alexandre Sanches during the 4th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to FCPorto getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Alexandre Sanches hit a great ball. When Heitor Garcia fell near the penalty area in the 5th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FCPorto's protests and gave Heitor Garcia a yellow card for diving instead. After 5 played minutes FCPorto got a freekick which was hit by Heitor Garcia. After 8 minutes, Edward Tinglöv mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Buksvinens IF and the FCPorto players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 8th match minute, Buksvinens IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edward Tinglöv to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the FCPorto defense, Edgar Sandwall kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dewa Cinta. The FCPorto fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dewa Cinta should have stopped the shot. In the 24th minute, Kurt Lidman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dewa Cinta made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edward Tinglöv in the 26th minute of play. FCPorto's Dewa Cinta played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emil Eliasson in the 32nd minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Teodoro Cavaco in the 35th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Caroll Mårtensson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Dewa Cinta showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edgar Sandwall in the 44th minute of the match. Buksvinens IF made a substitution. Karl-Michael Högman replaced Edward Tinglöv. The FCPorto players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Buksvinens IF were winning 0-1.

55 minutes into the match, FCPorto's goalkeeper Dewa Cinta had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Vincent Åkerberg. In the 56th minute, Teodoro Cavaco got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 62ndth minute of the game Teodoro Cavaco who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Buksvinens IF's Caroll Mårtensson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Teodoro Cavaco in the 68th minute a chance for a shot on goal.
