When Casimiro Jenaro came up free with the goalie in the 4th minute, the Gorancielo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Casimiro Jenaro couldn't finish the play. Xiboquinha FC's Júlio Linares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jacinto Egoitz in the 8th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kléberson Sanches in the 13th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jeremias Bidari prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Xiboquinha FC were awarded a corner in the 15th minute after Gorancielo's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Gilson Madureira took the corner. The corner ended in Gilson Madureira almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Gorancielo's Jeremias Bidari did a great save. Gorancielo's Jeremias Bidari played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kléberson Sanches in the 23rd minute of play. Jeremias Preuss fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jeremias Bidari having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Xiboquinha FC's zone, Casimiro Jenaro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Júlio Linares came out of the goal and Casimiro Jenaro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Xiboquinha FC's Cleiton Cordeiro got a free kick in the 30th minute. Xiboquinha FC's attentive Jacob Preuss managed to snatch the ball when Patricio Leoncio made a throw-in in the 33rd minute of the game. In the 33rd match minute, Xiboquinha FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jacob Preuss to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jacinto Egoitz in the 35th minute of play forced Xiboquinha FC's goalkeeper Júlio Linares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 38 minutes of play, Xiboquinha FC's Kléberson Sanches made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jeremias Bidari was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 43rd minute, Atilano Eli hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jacinto Egoitz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Júlio Linares having to interfere. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jacinto Egoitz to strike the kick off in the second half. Júlio Linares came out of the goal in the 53rd minute to try and stop a shot by Gorancielo's Casimiro Jenaro. But to his dismay, Casimiro Jenaro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Jeremias Bidari didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Guto Tasso went, in the 56th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Jacinto Egoitz's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 62ndth minute, Júlio Linares skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Jacinto Egoitz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jacob Preuss hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. Júlio Linares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Humberto Roldanillo, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. After a rather tough play, Gorancielo's Jacinto Egoitz got a free kick in the 81st minute. If Carolo Perutxo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jacinto Egoitz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Casimiro Jenaro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Júlio Linares tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Xiboquinha FC had won after a very even match.
