The audience thought a goal was coming when Wiktor Wieloch got free with Kingsley Coman in the 10th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Franciszek Andrysiak was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 56 minutes had been played. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. The MZ Wodzisław Śląski fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Rega Merida CF were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
