Spectators: 7569 (Terracing: 5678, Seating: 1740, VIP seats: 151) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Guto Tasso started the match with the kick off. Júlio Linares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Christian Urbano in the 6th minute of play. 7 minutes into the match, Julias Rascals Apeldoorn's Govert Kool sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Júlio Linares narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Júlio Linares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Govert Kool, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. Max Winters charged in rather forcefully in the 13th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Max Winters the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gilson Madureira got free with Taco Zwartkruis in the 16th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 18th minute, Erik Roelfs hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 19th minute, Kléberson Sanches reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Taco Zwartkruis. The goal made the score 1-0. In the 22nd minute, Julias Rascals Apeldoorn's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Guto Tasso fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Júlio Linares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Govert Kool in the 23rd minute of the match. Júlio Linares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Govert Kool in the 26th minute of play. Kléberson Sanchess short, quick shot in the 33rdth minute got Taco Zwartkruis to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After 35 played minutes Julias Rascals Apeldoorn got a freekick which was hit by Roelof van Kampen. Guto Tasso might have been able to make a better finish in the 36th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Taco Zwartkruis. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Guto Tasso ran back to his position shaking his head. Govert Kool received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Júlio Linares tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Julias Rascals Apeldoorn's Christian Urbano got a good chance for a goal in the 42nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to Julias Rascals Apeldoorn getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Roelof van Kampen hit a great ball.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Govert Kool stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Elder Paranaense charged in rather forcefully in the 54th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Elder Paranaense the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Elder Paranaense kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. Govert Kool blasted a shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Júlio Linares having to make a save. Kléberson Sanches took the ball and in the 61 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Taco Zwartkruis. Taco Zwartkruis dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. Govert Kool sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 72 minutes into the game, Govert Kool was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Julias Rascals Apeldoorn's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Xiboquinha FC the free kick. In the 72nd match minute, Julias Rascals Apeldoorn was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Govert Kool to maneuver through the defense. Taco Zwartkruis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kléberson Sanches in the 74th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Julias Rascals Apeldoorn's Christian Urbano got a free kick in the 79th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Julias Rascals Apeldoorn's zone, Jeremias Preuss stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Taco Zwartkruis came out of the goal and Jeremias Preuss tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Júlio Linares came out of the goal in the 92nd minute to try and stop a shot by Julias Rascals Apeldoorn's Govert Kool. But to his dismay, Govert Kool quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. Taco Zwartkruis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jeremias Preuss, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. For all the effort they put into the match, the Julias Rascals Apeldoorn players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Xiboquinha FC.
