Oakcroft Thrashers's Dan Wassenius got a good chance for a goal in the 16th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Fidel Felo's late challenge caught a Oakcroft Thrashers's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fidel Felo helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Lobster if getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Fidel Felo hit a great ball. The audience was convinced that Stefan Asmundsson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Di Scord was relentless in the 18th minute of the game. Lobster if's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sune Överman was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 45th minute, Dan Wassenius reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Di Scord. The goal made the score 5-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 5-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Mujahid Lim to strike the kick off in the second half. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 55th minute of the game. One of Oakcroft Thrashers:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Lobster if:s goal. In the 57th minute, Lobster if got a penalty, and Helge Trillkott placed the ball unsaveable into goal, by the right post. In the 59th match minute, Lobster if was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dé de Barros to maneuver through the defense. Di Scord showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dan Wassenius in the 88th minute of the match. Di Scord showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jonathan Svensson, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. After a rather tough play, Lobster if's Severino Câmara got a free kick in the 90th minute. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Oakcroft Thrashers had won after a very even match.
