Spectators: 7541 (Terracing: 5657, Seating: 1734, VIP seats: 150) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Jobo Abel started the match with the kick off. Martin Ongile didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jobo Abel went, in the 3rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. After a rather tough play, Octavia's Asier Abechuco got a free kick in the 5th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Distiratsu Abajas in the 10th minute of play forced Xeneizes's goalkeeper Martin Ongile to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 11th minute, Octavia's Rolado Abendano seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Rolado Abendano the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Octavia protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Rolado Abendano had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. 11 minutes into the game, one of Octavia:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Ado Abello had in the 14thth minute some difficulties stopping Eusebio Cordarin's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. In the 19th minute of the match, Ernesto Sanduru got a very nice opportunity to score, but Ado Abello was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 21st minute, Asier Abechuco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 31 minutes of play, Octavia's Atarratze Abarca made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Martin Ongile was left in no man's land by his defense there! Zosimo Abancens fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Martin Ongile having to interfere. A collision led to Octavia getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Asier Abechuco hit a great ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

Distiratsu Abajas blasted a shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Martin Ongile having to make a save. Martin Ongile made a fantastic save in the 56th minute, when Distiratsu Abajas sent off a good shot on target. Octavia's Atarratze Abarca got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 63rd minute, Boniel Abalos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, Xeneizes's Martin Ongile got control of the ball when Atarratze Abarca tried to sneak it across the goal line. Xeneizes's Martin Ongile proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 67th minute of the match, managed to save Xeneizes from getting a goal against them. After 70 minutes of play, Octavia's Atarratze Abarca made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Martin Ongile was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 72nd minute, Xeneizes's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Atarratze Abarca fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Asier Abechuco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Martin Ongile tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 76th match minute, Xeneizes was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emanuel Txanton to maneuver through the defense. After 80 played minutes Xeneizes got a freekick which was hit by Eusebio Cordarin. Atarratze Abarca hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. In the 86th minute of the match Emanuel Txanton shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ado Abello showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 88th minute, Victorino Justin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Octavia played a much better game than Xeneizes and deserved their victory. The Xeneizes players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
