The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 4th minute, Benjamin Branco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alfredinho Andrade made a fantastic save in the 6th minute, when Gilberto Gorka sent off a good shot on target. In the 13th minute, one of Husaria Tarnów:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Husaria Tarnów. The referee gave Galo do Cerrado a penalty, 14 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Cássio Matorin, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Husaria Tarnów's Wincent Zbydniowski. 0-1. Galo do Cerrado's Alfredinho Andrade played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gilberto Gorka in the 18th minute of play. In the 20th match minute, Galo do Cerrado was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by José Paulo Marinho to maneuver through the defense. Wincent Zbydniowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cássio Matorin in the 28th minute of the match. When the match clock showed 32 minutes, the score became 2-1 when Gilberto Gorka sped through Galo do Cerrado's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Alfredinho Andrade. Alfredinho Andrade showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lech Walaszkiewicz, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. Gilberto Gorka's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Alfredinho Andrade firmly grabbed it by the left post. Alfredinho Andrade was a little too slow when Mariusz Markowski got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 42nd minute. The score was now 3-1. Lech Walaszkiewicz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alfredinho Andrade having to interfere. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Cássio Matorin made a kick off. Jan Gniewek struck a weak shot in the 52nd minute. Alfredinho Andrade didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Husaria Tarnów. 54 minutes into the match, Galo do Cerrado's goal looked a bit too open when Gilberto Gorka came free, but Alfredinho Andrade reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Galo do Cerrado getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Benjamin Branco hit a great ball. After 63 minutes of play, Husaria Tarnów's Gilberto Gorka made it 4-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Alfredinho Andrade was left in no man's land by his defense there! Alfredinho Andrade stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gilberto Gorka's shot from short distance in the 67th minute. 68 minutes into the match, Husaria Tarnów's goal looked a bit too open when Benjamin Branco came free, but Wincent Zbydniowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Galo do Cerrado's Alfredinho Andrade played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lech Walaszkiewicz in the 70th minute of play. In the 71st minute, Gilberto Gorka ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alfredinho Andrade was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jan Gniewek during the 74th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Alfredinho Andrade didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gilberto Gorka went, in the 76th minute, to the upper right corner, 6-1 was the resulting score. 82 minutes into the match, Husaria Tarnów's goalkeeper Wincent Zbydniowski had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cássio Matorin. Lech Walaszkiewicz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alfredinho Andrade took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gilberto Gorka, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 90 minutes into the match, Gilberto Gorka notched a goal, 7-1, to the right of Galo do Cerrado's Alfredinho Andrade. Alfredinho Andrade was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With a little luck, Husaria Tarnów's Wincent Zbydniowski got control of the ball when Cássio Matorin tried to sneak it across the goal line. Husaria Tarnów walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
