Despite this Silvio Totakoxe quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Bernie Strauss took the ball and in the 13 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Silvio Totakoxe. Silvio Totakoxe dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Silvio Totakoxe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jaime Cabral, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Grêmio Santo André booed when La Bichineta was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Virgilio Efraim didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 76 played minutes La Bichineta got a freekick which was hit by Esteban Guter. Grêmio Santo André's Mo Chen Yang played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bruno Bastian in the 79th minute of play. After some careless play in the Grêmio Santo André defense, Bruno Bastian kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mo Chen Yang. The Grêmio Santo André fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mo Chen Yang should have stopped the shot. In the 85th minute Mai Yong Zhi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Silvio Totakoxe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Through an outstanding action, after 87 minutes, Silvio Totakoxe successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. La Bichineta had won after a very even match.
