Marzagão's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave C.S. y D. GENERAL LAVALLE the free kick. After 29 played minutes Marzagão got a freekick which was hit by Caco Donato. A collision led to Marzagão getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Caco Donato hit a great ball. Pedro Luís Fernandez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Apolo Huly in the 43rd minute of play. Pedro Luís Fernandez didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Apolo Huly went, in the 45th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score.

GENERAL LAVALLE supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing C.S. y D. GENERAL LAVALLE would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
