GENERAL LAVALLE's goal looked a bit too open when Şanver Enfa came free, but Jaime Bero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jaime Bero showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Şanver Enfa in the 27th minute of the match. 27 minutes into the match, Şanver Enfa had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jaime Bero. C.S. y D. GENERAL LAVALLE's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Şanver Enfa was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. After 29 played minutes Kᴇᴛᴇɴçᴀʏɪʀ got a freekick which was hit by Yavuz Selim Erdemalp. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Apolo Huly managed to get in a good position for a shot. C.S. y D. GENERAL LAVALLE's supporters rose to their feet, but Apolo Huly was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Şemsettin Tanaltay breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Yavuz Selim Erdemalp hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in C.S. y D. GENERAL LAVALLE's zone, Şanver Enfa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jaime Bero came out of the goal and Şanver Enfa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Apolo Huly received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Şemsettin Tanaltay tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpected shot in the 44th minute by Lorenzo Fernado got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Cem Macit was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Apolo Huly in the 52nd minute of play forced Kᴇᴛᴇɴçᴀʏɪʀ's goalkeeper Şemsettin Tanaltay to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Kᴇᴛᴇɴçᴀʏɪʀ booed when C.S. y D. GENERAL LAVALLE was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Apolo Huly didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 55 played minutes, Kᴇᴛᴇɴçᴀʏɪʀ's Yavuz Selim Erdemalp shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Jaime Bero came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Kᴇᴛᴇɴçᴀʏɪʀ reached it. Şemsettin Tanaltay stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Apolo Huly's shot from short distance in the 56th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cem Macit got free with Jaime Bero in the 63rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the match clock showed 64 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Cem Macit sped through C.S. y D. GENERAL LAVALLE's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jaime Bero. With his leg Jaime Bero managed to avoid a goal in the 69thth minute, when Kᴇᴛᴇɴçᴀʏɪʀ's Cem Macit fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cem Macit in the 71st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jaime Bero saved C.S. y D. GENERAL LAVALLE from getting behind. Kᴇᴛᴇɴçᴀʏɪʀ's Şemsettin Tanaltay played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Apolo Huly in the 72nd minute of play. Godofredo Raitin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Şemsettin Tanaltay tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Kᴇᴛᴇɴçᴀʏɪʀ getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Yavuz Selim Erdemalp hit a great ball. Şemsettin Tanaltay showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Apolo Huly, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Kᴇᴛᴇɴçᴀʏɪʀ's zone, Apolo Huly stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Şemsettin Tanaltay came out of the goal and Apolo Huly tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Eray Sefer kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Kᴇᴛᴇɴçᴀʏɪʀ eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
