The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Lázaro Txilar during the 3rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 3 played minutes San Lorenzo 11 got a freekick which was hit by Lázaro Txilar. Anacleto Eutor showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leandro-Atilio Romagnoli, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. After a defensive mix-up in San Lorenzo 11's zone, Higinio Artal stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Isaac Garoa came out of the goal and Higinio Artal tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Isaac Garoa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leandro Gaur, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Leandro Gaur fell near the penalty area in the 14th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Los Muñes de Don Cuco's protests and gave Leandro Gaur a yellow card for diving instead. Denis Salvadore charged in rather forcefully in the 17th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Denis Salvadore the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of San Lorenzo 11 booed when Los Muñes de Don Cuco was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Denis Salvadore didn't get a good kick on the ball. 18 minutes into the match, Los Muñes de Don Cuco's goal looked a bit too open when Leandro-Atilio Romagnoli came free, but Anacleto Eutor reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in San Lorenzo 11's zone, Higinio Artal stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Los Muñes de Don Cuco's Anacleto Eutor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emanuel Bella in the 23rd minute of play. With a little luck, San Lorenzo 11's Isaac Garoa got control of the ball when Baltasar Mikeldi tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 31 played minutes San Lorenzo 11 got a freekick which was hit by Leandro-Atilio Romagnoli. A hard shot 33 in the game by Baltasar Mikeldi from a close distance when the talented Isaac Garoa managed to make a qualified save. San Lorenzo 11's players were relieved. Leandro-Atilio Romagnoli scored 0-1 in the 36th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Anacleto Eutor, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 43rd minute of the match Los Muñes de Don Cuco got a corner. San Lorenzo 11's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Baltasar Mikeldi ran over to the corner to take the kick. Los Muñes de Don Cuco's Anacleto Eutor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emanuel Bella in the 44th minute of play. Jairo Astigar struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Anacleto Eutor didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for San Lorenzo 11. Denis Salvadore got his second yellow card in the match during the 47th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After a rather tough play, Los Muñes de Don Cuco's Denis Salvadore got a free kick in the 48th minute. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Emanuel Bella made a kick off. When Fabian Oxarra fell near the penalty area in the 55th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored San Lorenzo 11's protests and gave Fabian Oxarra a yellow card for diving instead. Anacleto Eutor was a little too slow when Gualterio Aragones got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 57th minute. The score was now 0-2. In the 69th minute Jairo Astigar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anacleto Eutor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 72 minutes into the match, Emanuel Bella dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Anacleto Eutor, 0-3. Thanks to some nice moves Emanuel Bella could shoot a difficult shot in the 76th minute, which Anacleto Eutor however easily saved by the left post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Emanuel Bella got free with Anacleto Eutor in the 76th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 77 minutes, Braulio Beti mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Los Muñes de Don Cuco and the San Lorenzo 11 players grew even worse after the yellow card. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gualterio Aragones in the 79th minute of play forced Los Muñes de Don Cuco's goalkeeper Anacleto Eutor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Anacleto Eutor made an important save on a dangerous shot by Emanuel Bella in the 81st minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Emanuel Bella got free with Anacleto Eutor in the 84th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, Los Muñes de Don Cuco's Baltasar Mikeldi got a free kick in the 88th minute. After having played for 89 minutes, Emanuel Bella managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. San Lorenzo 11's supporters crossed their fingers, but Emanuel Bella was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 96th minute, Jairo Astigar reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Anacleto Eutor. The goal made the score 0-4. When the final whistle sounded San Lorenzo 11 left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Los Muñes de Don Cuco.
