Remigiusz Bejrut struck a weak shot in the 3rd minute. Kryspin Banan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for LKS Sieraków ŚL. Ludomir Budrewicz might have been able to make a better finish in the 5th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Kryspin Banan. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ludomir Budrewicz ran back to his position shaking his head. The supporters of LKS Sieraków ŚL booed when Pogoń Szczecin was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tytus Scigan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Remigiusz Bejrut received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Kryspin Banan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 15th minute, Beniamin Bojanowski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 17 minutes into the match, Ludomir Budrewicz had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Kryspin Banan. Pogoń Szczecin's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ludomir Budrewicz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ryszard Kaczor got free with Kryspin Banan in the 22nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 25thth minute of the game Olgierd Moryl who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but LKS Sieraków ŚL's Borys Plucinik was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the match had gone on for 26 minutes, Olgierd Moryl put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Borys Plucinik. After 32 played minutes Pogoń Szczecin got a freekick which was hit by Maksymilian Puzio. 33 minutes into the match, LKS Sieraków ŚL's Ludomir Budrewicz sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Kryspin Banan narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 34th minute of the match, Remigiusz Bejrut tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Kryspin Banan saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. The corner led LKS Sieraków ŚL's Ludomir Budrewicz to fire away a dangerous shot which Kryspin Banan despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Remigiusz Bejrut received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Kryspin Banan came out and tried to block the shot, but Remigiusz Bejrut slotted it home off the left post making it 2-1 in the 37th minute. Borys Plucinik took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Olgierd Moryl, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Olgierd Moryl to make the kick off. Ludomir Budrewicz took the ball and in the 53 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Kryspin Banan. Kryspin Banan dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. After 60 played minutes Pogoń Szczecin got a freekick which was hit by Lukasz Panikowski. When Beniamin Bojanowski fell near the penalty area in the 69th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Pogoń Szczecin's protests and gave Beniamin Bojanowski a yellow card for diving instead. After 69 played minutes Pogoń Szczecin got a freekick which was hit by Beniamin Bojanowski. Pogoń Szczecin's Leon Wnukowski got a good chance for a goal in the 73rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 76 minutes into the match, Leon Wnukowski dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Borys Plucinik, 3-2. In the 79th minute, Beniamin Bojanowski made a precise shot to the right of Borys Plucinik. LKS Sieraków ŚL's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-3. 82 minutes into the match, Iwo Mikulski notched a goal, 4-3, to the right of Pogoń Szczecin's Kryspin Banan. Kryspin Banan was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 90th minute of the match, Olgierd Moryl got a very nice opportunity to score, but Borys Plucinik was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. If Ludomir Budrewicz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. LKS Sieraków ŚL had played much better football throughout.
