When Svetozar Kotzakov fell near the penalty area in the 15th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Trabzonspor's protests and gave Svetozar Kotzakov a yellow card for diving instead. Svetozar Kotzakov kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. In the 16th minute of the match Vambola Vanaliin shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Timur Ulum showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After some careless play in the Trabzonspor defense, Mihkel Urm kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Timur Ulum. Tavo Potisepp showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zühtü Tamer, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. 32 minutes into the game, Kogimyae JK's Mihkel Urm nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Timur Ulum made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. Trabzonspor's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Nurkan Gürgen in the 36th minute. Nurkan Gürgen made a great header on Trabzonspor's corner, it was just that Kogimyae JK's Tavo Potisepp managed to reach the ball for a save. Kogimyae JK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Trabzonspor the free kick. The supporters of Trabzonspor booed when Kogimyae JK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 49 match minutes in a wonderful position. Andris Nõmmeots didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Zühtü Tamer made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bilge Kağan Doğan in the 58th minute of play forced Kogimyae JK's goalkeeper Tavo Potisepp to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tavo Potisepp showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Barış Yılmaz in the 59th minute of the match. The supporters of Trabzonspor booed when Kogimyae JK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position.
