The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. An unexpectedly hard shot by Desmond Rowell in the 4th minute of play forced CoolKidzTable's goalkeeper Folke Hellström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 8th minute, Giuseppe Jewell made a precise shot to the right of Folke Hellström. CoolKidzTable's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Andreas Martinsson kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 12th minute, Giuseppe Jewell managed to get in a good position for a shot. Santos FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Giuseppe Jewell was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Folke Hellström breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Andreas Martinsson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 18th minute of the match, but Jim Mitchell made a huge save. The supporters of CoolKidzTable booed when Santos FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kelly Stovall didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 21st minute Desmond Rowell shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Folke Hellström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Desmond Rowell received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Folke Hellström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Desmond Rowell in the 28th minute of play forced CoolKidzTable's goalkeeper Folke Hellström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Folke Hellström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Desmond Rowell in the 30th minute of the match. Karl-Åke Björkdahl sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 33rd match minute, Santos FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Thanh Darden to maneuver through the defense. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Andreas Martinsson couldn't finish the play. Santos FC's Jim Mitchell proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 45th minute of the match, managed to save Santos FC from getting a goal against them. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Andreas Martinsson to strike the kick off in the second half. Folke Hellström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Victor Hess, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Santos FC's Sherwood Franks slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Folke Hellström. That made the score 0-2 after 66 minutes of play. After 80 played minutes Santos FC got a freekick which was hit by Desmond Rowell. A collision led to CoolKidzTable getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Rudolf Caspersson hit a great ball. Andreas Martinsson kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. Victor Hess in the 89thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Folke Hellström, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 96th minute, Sherwood Franks hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Santos FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
