A sloppy throw-in by Benicio Porfirio in the 7th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by corsaire nantais's Davy Pavie. corsaire nantais's Franck Le Saux played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fernando Cefero in the 10th minute of play. Davy Pavie kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 19th minute, Romuald Combret managed to get in a good position for a shot. corsaire nantais's supporters rose to their feet, but Romuald Combret was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Domingo Diaz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Franck Le Saux made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fernando Cefero in the 21st minute of play. corsaire nantais's attentive Davy Pavie managed to snatch the ball when Benicio Porfirio made a throw-in in the 28th minute of the game. Domingo Diaz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Éluard Vidal's shot from short distance in the 29th minute. Romuald Combrets short, quick shot in the 31stth minute got Domingo Diaz to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Éluard Vidal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Domingo Diaz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 34 minutes into the match, Chacarita Jrs's goal looked a bit too open when Brian Seguela came free, but Domingo Diaz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Romuald Combret made a kick off. 54 minutes into the match, corsaire nantais's Éluard Vidal sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Domingo Diaz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 54 minutes into the game, Éluard Vidal cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Domingo Diaz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Romuald Combret fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Domingo Diaz having to interfere. A collision led to Chacarita Jrs getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Arturo Berart hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Romuald Combret in the 64th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Domingo Diaz saved Chacarita Jrs from getting behind. Éluard Vidal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Domingo Diaz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. corsaire nantais's Romuald Combret got a good chance for a goal in the 67th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Domingo Diaz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Romuald Combret, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 71 minutes Chacarita Jrs's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Éluard Vidal who took care of the corner kick. In the 71st match minute, corsaire nantais was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Stanislas Chaperon to maneuver through the defense. When Stanislas Chaperon got the opportunity to take care of a free kick it resulted in a really dangerous shot that almost went in the goal. Instead the ball went too high, a missed opportunity for corsaire nantais. After 73 played minutes, corsaire nantais's Dilan Aubrun shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Domingo Diaz came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in corsaire nantais reached it. Éluard Vidal took the ball and in the 79 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Domingo Diaz. Domingo Diaz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. After a defensive mix-up in Chacarita Jrs's zone, Dilan Aubrun stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Domingo Diaz came out of the goal and Dilan Aubrun tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience was convinced that Romuald Combret's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Domingo Diaz was relentless in the 87th minute of the game. Franck Le Saux made an important save on a dangerous shot by Angelo Ciano in the 90th minute. Romuald Combret's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Domingo Diaz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 93rd minute of play. Domingo Diaz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Romuald Combret's shot from short distance in the 96th minute. In the 98th minute of the match Dilan Aubrun sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Domingo Diaz skillfully saved the ball. For all the effort they put into the match, the Chacarita Jrs players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for corsaire nantais.
