Pendotiba's Norberto Marques got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Nestor Eskuin charged in rather forcefully in the 25th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. After some fancy dribbling in the 26th minute, Cristian Hoffmann managed to get in a good position for a shot. A very good chance. Domingo Diaz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Hoffmann, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Domingo Diaz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Hoffmann in the 35th minute of the match. Pendotiba's Adriano Soares managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Benicio Porfirio in the 64 minute of the game.
