The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Luciano Martxot during the 51st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Marcel Luirink's late challenge caught a La Zabaleta's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. The La Zabaleta fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Angelino Raulo should have stopped the shot. Angelino Raulo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ferdi Dekens, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. After 93 minutes of play Zijdewind SC's Marcel Luirink was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. A collision led to Zijdewind SC getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Marcel Luirink hit a great ball. The La Zabaleta fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Zijdewind SC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
