Spectators: 7498 (Terracing: 5624, Seating: 1725, VIP seats: 149) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Romuald Combret started the match with the kick off. After a rather tough play, corsaire nantais's Dilan Aubrun got a free kick in the 5th minute. 6 minutes into the match, corsaire nantais's goal looked a bit too open when Filomeno Arano came free, but Franck Le Saux reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Angelino Raulo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stanislas Chaperon in the 9th minute of the match. In the 11th minute, Zacarias Herauso ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Franck Le Saux was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Angelino Raulo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Éluard Vidal in the 16th minute of the match. In the 19th minute, Romuald Combret got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Romulo Hibai hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. Angelino Raulo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Éluard Vidal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dilan Aubrun recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 40th minute, Dilan Aubrun got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 42 minutes into the match, Nelson Maussion notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of La Zabaleta's Angelino Raulo. Angelino Raulo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Brian Seguela fell near the penalty area in the 46th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored corsaire nantais's protests and gave Brian Seguela a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, corsaire nantais's Brian Seguela got a free kick in the 47th minute. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

52 minutes into the match, La Zabaleta's goal looked a bit too open when Nelson Maussion came free, but Angelino Raulo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Angelino Raulo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nelson Maussion in the 52nd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in La Zabaleta's zone, Éluard Vidal stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Angelino Raulo came out of the goal and Éluard Vidal tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 67th play minute Romuald Combret came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Angelino Raulo. 1-3. Éluard Vidal scored 1-4 in the 70th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Angelino Raulo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Romuald Combret's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Angelino Raulo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 73rd minute of play. corsaire nantais's Franck Le Saux played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zacarias Herauso in the 77th minute of play. Romuald Combret fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Angelino Raulo having to interfere. With an all-out effort, corsaire nantais's Angelino Raulo threw himself towards the right post 82 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Éluard Vidal, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Angelino Raulo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Romuald Combret in the 87th minute. In the 88th minute, Filomeno Arano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Angelino Raulo came out of the goal in the 89th minute to try and stop a shot by corsaire nantais's Romuald Combret. But to his dismay, Romuald Combret quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-6. 94 minutes into the game, Éluard Vidal recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Angelino Raulo. Éluard Vidal showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-7. corsaire nantais played a much better game than La Zabaleta and deserved their victory. The La Zabaleta players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
