A collision led to The Shadows getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Robin Bergstedt hit a great ball. Cristian Hoffmann received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Jens Molander tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 8th minute Luís Fernando Lopez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jens Molander saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pendotiba's attack was well implemented in the 8th minute, but when Luís Fernando Lopez was about to shoot he didn't get a good hit on the ball and it hit the crossbar and flew over. Goal Kick. Cristian Hoffmann charged in rather forcefully in the 11th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cristian Hoffmann the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Pendotiba's Cristian Hoffmann got a free kick in the 11th minute. After 14 played minutes Pendotiba got a freekick which was hit by Régis Velloso. After a defensive mix-up in Pendotiba's zone, Elliott Klemensson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lucas Perez came out of the goal and Elliott Klemensson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 16 played minutes Pendotiba got a freekick which was hit by Clóvis Alagoano. Ludwig Bock sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The The Shadows fans' excitement grew in the 19th match minute when The Shadows's Elliott Klemensson looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Régis Velloso might have been able to make a better finish in the 22nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jens Molander. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Régis Velloso ran back to his position shaking his head. Sune Kvalfält's late challenge caught a Pendotiba's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sune Kvalfält helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, The Shadows's Sune Kvalfält got a free kick in the 24th minute. Luís Fernando Lopez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of The Shadows booed when Pendotiba was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Allan Arruda didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 37 played minutes Pendotiba got a freekick which was hit by Cristian Hoffmann. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luís Fernando Lopez in the 42nd minute of play forced The Shadows's goalkeeper Jens Molander to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lucas Perez stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Elliott Klemensson's shot from short distance in the 45th minute. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
Pendotiba's Júlio Quadros was substituted for Luís Fernando Lopez. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Cristian Hoffmann made a kick off. In the 53rd minute, Ludwig Bock left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The The Shadows fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. When Júlio Quadros came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the Pendotiba fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Júlio Quadros couldn't finish the play. In the 57th minute, Ludwig Bock hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 61 minutes into the game, Elliott Klemensson cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Lucas Perez was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 64thth minute of the game Elliott Klemensson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Pendotiba's Lucas Perez was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The referee felt a red card was in order, 66 minutes into the game, when Clóvis Alagoano put in a rough tackle. After 66 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Pendotiba! In the 74th minute the ball was on its way in behind The Shadows's goalkeeper Jens Molander, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After having played for 78 minutes, Júlio Quadros managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pendotiba's supporters crossed their fingers, but Júlio Quadros was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Pendotiba's Lucas Perez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ludwig Bock in the 79th minute of play. Lucas Perez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stig-Ove Blom in the 81st minute of play. The audience was convinced that Cristian Hoffmann's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jens Molander was relentless in the 83rd minute of the game. In the 91st minute, Ludwig Bock ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Lucas Perez was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. Lucas Perez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Elliott Klemensson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Júlio Quadros kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. Bengt Julin struck a weak shot in the 96th minute. Lucas Perez didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for The Shadows. 97 minutes into the match, Ludwig Bock had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Lucas Perez. Pendotiba's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ludwig Bock was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-0. When the referee ended the match the The Shadows players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
