In the 13thth minute of the game Lance Pate who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Milanis E.C.'s Magno Braga was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lance Pate in the 14th minute of play forced Milanis E.C.'s goalkeeper Magno Braga to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A hard shot 17 in the game by Leonardo Trancoso from a close distance when the talented Francisco Pope managed to make a qualified save. Key Biscayne FC's players were relieved. 19 minutes into the game, Joey Mock cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Magno Braga was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 37th minute, Lance Pate hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Key Biscayne FC booed when Milanis E.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luiz Fernando de Lima didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lance Pate scored 0-2 in the 41st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Magno Braga, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Leonardo Trancoso made a kick off. If Leonardo Trancoso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Francisco Pope showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Augusto das Neves in the 54th minute of the match. Key Biscayne FC's Francisco Pope played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leonardo Trancoso in the 59th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leonardo Trancoso in the 64th minute of play forced Key Biscayne FC's goalkeeper Francisco Pope to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 68 minutes, Luiz Fernando de Lima mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Milanis E.C. and the Key Biscayne FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Magno Braga was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Drew Latham showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-3 in the 89 minute of play. After 92 minutes, Roderick Higgins mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Key Biscayne FC and the Milanis E.C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. Milanis E.C.'s Magno Braga played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Drew Latham in the 95th minute of play. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Key Biscayne FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
