Lucas Akins hit a great ball. Zane Tanner fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jorge Luke having to interfere. After 15 played minutes Key Biscayne FC got a freekick which was hit by Lucas Akins. A collision led to • El Croacia fobal club • getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Maximino Acuña hit a great ball. In the 20th minute, Derek Perry hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Daniel Botello's late challenge caught a Key Biscayne FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Daniel Botello helped the player get up and apologised. Zane Tanner struck a weak shot in the 24th minute. Jorge Luke didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Key Biscayne FC. 30 minutes into the game, Everardo Lekubegi cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Francisco Pope was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Francisco Pope showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Segundo Arnau in the 33rd minute of the match. In the 40th minute • El Croacia fobal club • were awarded a corner. Clemente Laurgain went to the cornerflag to take it. Segundo Arnau was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Segundo Arnau managed to get in a good position for a shot. • El Croacia fobal club •'s supporters rose to their feet, but Segundo Arnau was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Francisco Pope breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Key Biscayne FC's Francisco Pope played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Segundo Arnau in the 42nd minute of play. Francisco Pope showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Segundo Arnau, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Zane Tanner to strike the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Segundo Arnau got free with Francisco Pope in the 64th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Francisco Pope showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maximino Acuña, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Everardo Lekubegi in the 68th minute of play forced Key Biscayne FC's goalkeeper Francisco Pope to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of • El Croacia fobal club • booed when Key Biscayne FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lucas Akins didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 80th minute the ball was on its way in behind • El Croacia fobal club •'s goalkeeper Jorge Luke, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Maximino Acuña was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 83rd minute. • El Croacia fobal club •'s manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Joey Mock during the 84th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card.
