The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 6th minute, Alfredo Fernandes made a precise shot to the right of Gani Ülger. F.C. KASABALI 45's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Luciano Leão scored 0-2 in the 10th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gani Ülger, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 14th minute Horácio Damião shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gani Ülger saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alfredo Fernandes in the 17th minute of play forced F.C. KASABALI 45's goalkeeper Gani Ülger to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gani Ülger showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alfredo Fernandes, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. 22 minutes into the match, F.C. KASABALI 45's goal looked a bit too open when Pedrão Souza came free, but Gani Ülger reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the F.C. KASABALI 45 defense, Pedrão Souza kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gani Ülger. The F.C. KASABALI 45 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gani Ülger should have stopped the shot. In the 26th minute the ball was on its way in behind F.C. KASABALI 45's goalkeeper Gani Ülger, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Gani Ülger didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Alfredo Fernandes went, in the 28th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-5 was the resulting score. In the 32nd minute, Pedrão Souza ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gani Ülger was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-6. Murathan Samih's late challenge caught a REAL VASCO RIO's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Murathan Samih helped the player get up and apologised. Murathan Samih kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. In the 36th minute, Murathan Samih hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 38 minutes into the match, Pedrão Souza notched a goal, 0-7, to the right of F.C. KASABALI 45's Gani Ülger. Gani Ülger was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. REAL VASCO RIO's Luciano Leão got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Gani Ülger took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alfredo Fernandes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-7.

52 minutes into the match, F.C. KASABALI 45's goalkeeper Gani Ülger had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alfredo Fernandes. Alfredo Fernandes struck a weak shot in the 53rd minute. Gani Ülger didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for REAL VASCO RIO. A collision led to F.C. KASABALI 45 getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Murathan Samih hit a great ball. REAL VASCO RIO's José Pedro Simão shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 59th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Gani Ülger but with some difficulty. Horácio Damião's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 65thth minute, Gani Ülger skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 67 minutes into the match, F.C. KASABALI 45's goalkeeper Gani Ülger had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alfredo Fernandes. Alfredo Fernandes took the ball and in the 68 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gani Ülger. Gani Ülger dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-10. After 71 played minutes Pedrão Souza rounded F.C. KASABALI 45's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-11. Thanks to some nice moves Ricardo Cosme could shoot a difficult shot in the 74th minute, which Gani Ülger however easily saved by the left post. Horácio Damião sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Gani Ülger stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Pedrão Souza's shot from short distance in the 79th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alfredo Fernandes got free with Gani Ülger in the 91st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Alfredo Fernandes's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Gani Ülger firmly grabbed it by the left post.
