Korneliusz Ziemniak took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from João Carlos Polido, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 8th minute Luís Malheiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Korneliusz Ziemniak saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 9th match minute, Urutu F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fábio Rochedo to maneuver through the defense. After 11 played minutes, Borzykówka's Marian Swoboda shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Maurício Varanda came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Borzykówka reached it. Maurício Varanda was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Radomir Czapski showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 16 minute of play. Fryderyk Burowski charged in rather forcefully in the 19th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Fryderyk Burowski the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Borzykówka getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Fryderyk Burowski hit a great ball. 22 minutes into the match, Borzykówka's goal looked a bit too open when João Carlos Polido came free, but Korneliusz Ziemniak reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Marian Swoboda during the 25th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 25th minute, Marian Swoboda hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Borzykówka's Radomir Czapski got a free kick in the 30th minute. Korneliusz Ziemniak showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from João Carlos Polido in the 31st minute of the match. After having played for 32 minutes, Miguel Dikaté managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Urutu F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Miguel Dikaté was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Marcelo Apalanga scored 1-3 in the 36th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Korneliusz Ziemniak, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Miguel Dikaté recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Disappointed in the 1-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Luís Malheiro to make the kick off. Borzykówka's Korneliusz Ziemniak proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 52nd minute of the match, managed to save Borzykówka from getting a goal against them. Marian Swoboda was shown his second yellow card after 52 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 53rd match minute, Borzykówka was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marian Swoboda to maneuver through the defense. Borzykówka's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Marcelo Apalanga 55 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-4. After 58 minutes of play, Urutu F.C.'s João Carlos Polido made it 1-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Korneliusz Ziemniak was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 63rd minute of the match, Luís Malheiro tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Korneliusz Ziemniak saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 66 minutes into the match, João Carlos Polido had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Korneliusz Ziemniak. Borzykówka's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that João Carlos Polido was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-6. Radomir Czapski hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. In the 71st minute, Luís Malheiro made a precise shot to the right of Korneliusz Ziemniak. Borzykówka's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-7. Eugeniusz Kisiel hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. Borzykówka's Korneliusz Ziemniak proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 76th minute of the match, managed to save Borzykówka from getting a goal against them. In the 93rd minute, Borzykówka's Fryderyk Burowski seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Fryderyk Burowski the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Borzykówka protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Fryderyk Burowski had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Miguel Dikaté struck a weak shot in the 98th minute. Korneliusz Ziemniak didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Urutu F.C..
