Illuminati's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ᴀꜱ ɴᴀɢʏᴍᴀʀᴏꜱ the free kick. A collision led to ᴀꜱ ɴᴀɢʏᴍᴀʀᴏꜱ getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Márk Tokody hit a great ball. The supporters of Illuminati booed when ᴀꜱ ɴᴀɢʏᴍᴀʀᴏꜱ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. György Erdélyi didn't get a good kick on the ball. ᴀꜱ ɴᴀɢʏᴍᴀʀᴏꜱ's Bálint Bodnár played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zbyszko Wincek in the 22nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Béla Győrffy in the 34th minute of play forced Illuminati's goalkeeper Wiktor Ciborek to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Zbyszko Wincek stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Illuminati's Szymon Gondela got a free kick in the 53rd minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Béla Győrffy managed to get in a good position for a shot. ᴀꜱ ɴᴀɢʏᴍᴀʀᴏꜱ's supporters rose to their feet, but Béla Győrffy was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Wiktor Ciborek breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Zbyszko Wincek had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Stefan Czysta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bálint Bodnár having to interfere. In the 64th match minute, Illuminati was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Borys Makowski to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that Gergő Tisza's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Wiktor Ciborek was relentless in the 65th minute of the game. Wiktor Ciborek made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Norbert Lisztes in the 68th minute of play. Szymon Gondela charged in rather forcefully in the 68th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Bálint Bodnár showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Borys Makowski in the 95th minute of the match. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The ᴀꜱ ɴᴀɢʏᴍᴀʀᴏꜱ fans cheered their team off the field, for while Illuminati had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
