Spectators: 7482 (Terracing: 5613, Seating: 1720, VIP seats: 149) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Anatoliy Mintenko kicked off to start the match. Sergiy Lyakh hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. Edvin van der Sar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emanuel Sindo in the 8th minute of the match. 14 minutes into the match, Bello Tajo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Edvin van der Sar. FC Vershina ESPN's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bello Tajo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 18th minute, Rio Ferdinand managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Vershina ESPN's supporters rose to their feet, but Rio Ferdinand was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Modesto Santikurtz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After some careless play in the FC Vershina ESPN defense, Bello Tajo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Edvin van der Sar. The FC Vershina ESPN fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Edvin van der Sar should have stopped the shot. After 43 minutes, Rio Ferdinand mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Vershina ESPN and the Diego Eterno players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 43 played minutes FC Vershina ESPN got a freekick which was hit by Rio Ferdinand. An unexpectedly hard shot by Siro Salamon in the 46th minute of play forced FC Vershina ESPN's goalkeeper Edvin van der Sar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 48th minute of the match Marcelo Lucado sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Edvin van der Sar skillfully saved the ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Bello Tajo to make the kick off. Bello Tajo took the ball and in the 63 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Edvin van der Sar. Edvin van der Sar dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Siro Salamon recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bello Tajo in the 72nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Edvin van der Sar saved FC Vershina ESPN from getting behind. In the 76th minute, Elpidio Cordaro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Siro Salamon hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. In the 89th minute, Siro Salamon got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 96 minutes into the match, FC Vershina ESPN's goalkeeper Edvin van der Sar had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bello Tajo. The FC Vershina ESPN manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing Diego Eterno to win.
