Spectators: 7555 (Terracing: 5668, Seating: 1737, VIP seats: 150) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Rafael Napier kicked off to start the match. 2 minutes into the match, Celedonio Eguntsenti notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of El ultimo's Niceto Pere. Niceto Pere was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 11 minutes into the match, Trinchera FC's goal looked a bit too open when Orlando Peio came free, but Miguel Chorache reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the El ultimo defense, Celedonio Eguntsenti kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Niceto Pere. The El ultimo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Niceto Pere should have stopped the shot. Miguel Chorache made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benicio Felipillo in the 17th minute of play. Niceto Pere took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Celedonio Eguntsenti, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to El ultimo getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Diego Belo hit a great ball. After having played for 29 minutes, Lino Illart managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Trinchera FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lino Illart was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 36 minutes into the match, Trinchera FC's goal looked a bit too open when Rafael Napier came free, but Miguel Chorache reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 38th minute of the match El ultimo got a corner. Trinchera FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Eriberto Balesio ran over to the corner to take the kick. Rafael Napier was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. If Guido Gaizkine had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Niceto Pere made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Guido Gaizkine in the 46th minute of play.

The wind increased when Guido Gaizkine made the kick off in the second half. When El ultimo's Benito Urbez in the 56th minute got a chance for a shot 56th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Trinchera FC's goalie prevented a goal. Leon Hegoi hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. 60 minutes into the match, El ultimo's goalkeeper Niceto Pere had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ryuji Laprise. Miguel Chorache made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rafael Napier in the 63rd minute of play. Rafael Napier sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 69th minute, one of El ultimo:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for El ultimo. 75 minutes into the match, El ultimo's goalkeeper Niceto Pere had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Celedonio Eguntsenti. In the 79th minute Rafael Napier shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Miguel Chorache saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 80th minute Lino Illart shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Niceto Pere saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Niceto Pere made a fantastic save in the 88th minute, when Celedonio Eguntsenti sent off a good shot on target. Ryuji Laprise fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Niceto Pere having to interfere. With 94 minutes on the clock, Leon Hegoi commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 95th minute, Leon Hegoi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Eriberto Balesio came up free with the goalie in the 96th minute, the El ultimo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eriberto Balesio couldn't finish the play. Trinchera FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
