After 6 minutes of play, DALLAS CLUB - FGMZ's Júnior Toledo made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ronaldão Souza was left in no man's land by his defense there! Han Sang Xing showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Túlio Gaúcho, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. FORMIGÃO DE BRAGA's Ronaldão Souza played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Júnior Toledo in the 11th minute of play. The supporters of DALLAS CLUB - FGMZ booed when FORMIGÃO DE BRAGA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Osvaldinho Prestes didn't get a good kick on the ball. 16 minutes had been played when some careless play by FORMIGÃO DE BRAGA's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Claudinho Tasso was slow to take the kick. During this time DALLAS CLUB - FGMZ's players had a chance to rest. The corner led DALLAS CLUB - FGMZ's Claudinho Tasso to fire away a dangerous shot which Ronaldão Souza despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Ronaldão Souza showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Denílson Lara in the 18th minute of the match. Túlio Gaúcho could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Han Sang Xing made a huge save. If Humberto de Sena had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 23rd minute Denílson Lara shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ronaldão Souza saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, FORMIGÃO DE BRAGA's Osvaldinho Prestes got a free kick in the 26th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Túlio Gaúcho got free with Han Sang Xing in the 29th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 34th minute, Luisão Rocha ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ronaldão Souza was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Júnior Toledo in the 37th minute of play forced FORMIGÃO DE BRAGA's goalkeeper Ronaldão Souza to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 37 minutes into the match, FORMIGÃO DE BRAGA's goal looked a bit too open when Júnior Toledo came free, but Ronaldão Souza reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 39thth minute of the game Júnior Toledo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FORMIGÃO DE BRAGA's Ronaldão Souza was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 40th minute, Marco Mandrak got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ronaldão Souza showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Júnior Toledo in the 44th minute of the match. Han Sang Xing stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Durvalino Barros's shot from short distance in the 48th minute. After the first half DALLAS CLUB - FGMZ were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Durvalino Barros to make the kick off. When Osvaldinho Prestes fell near the penalty area in the 51st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FORMIGÃO DE BRAGA's protests and gave Osvaldinho Prestes a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to FORMIGÃO DE BRAGA getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Osvaldinho Prestes hit a great ball. With an all-out effort, DALLAS CLUB - FGMZ's Ronaldão Souza threw himself towards the right post 55 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Marco Mandrak, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Ronaldão Souza made a fantastic save in the 56th minute, when Humberto de Sena sent off a good shot on target. DALLAS CLUB - FGMZ were awarded a corner in the 57th minute after FORMIGÃO DE BRAGA's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Claudinho Tasso took the corner. Claudinho Tasso made a great header on DALLAS CLUB - FGMZ's corner, it was just that FORMIGÃO DE BRAGA's Ronaldão Souza managed to reach the ball for a save. Ronaldão Souza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Denílson Lara in the 59th minute of play. Júnior Toledo's late challenge caught a FORMIGÃO DE BRAGA's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Denílson Lara recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ronaldão Souza was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Humberto de Sena showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-3 in the 69 minute of play. Júnior Toledo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 74th minute of the match, but Ronaldão Souza made a huge save. An unexpected shot in the 77th minute by Júnior Toledo got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. With a little luck, FORMIGÃO DE BRAGA's Ronaldão Souza got control of the ball when Júnior Toledo tried to sneak it across the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Marco Mandrak during the 80th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to DALLAS CLUB - FGMZ getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Marco Mandrak hit a great ball. Osvaldinho Prestes kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Denílson Lara in the 86th minute of play forced FORMIGÃO DE BRAGA's goalkeeper Ronaldão Souza to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 88 minutes into the match, FORMIGÃO DE BRAGA's Túlio Gaúcho sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Han Sang Xing narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 91st minute of the match DALLAS CLUB - FGMZ got a corner. FORMIGÃO DE BRAGA's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Claudinho Tasso ran over to the corner to take the kick.
